Please read the following in full, prior to submitting a return request.

Returns must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, for STORE CREDIT only, subject to the following: items must be unworn, unwashed, and must include original tags.

If you are submitting a return for shoes:

All footwear must include the original box in its original condition, without postal labels. You must place the shoe box in another package/box when shipping to protect the original shoe box. If there are any shipping labels/stickers on the original shoebox, we will not accept the return.

The following items are final sale and NOT eligible for return:

Pre-orders, bodysuits, bralettes, swimwear, accessories, and discounted items.

*Please ensure that your return meets our return criteria prior to submitting a return request*

1. Include your order number (listed on your initial order confirmation email)
2. Reason for return (i.e: wrong size, not as described/expected, wrong item, etc.)

THE BROOKLYN LABEL DOES NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS WHEN RETURNING ITEMS.
